My name is Nicole Davis and I am a certified Yoga instructor here for all your healing, balancing and grounding needs through the wonderful practice of Yoga. I started my journey with Yoga in 2010 out of a will to ground myself spiritually, mentally and physically. As I began my practice, I became more and more intrigued due to the process I noticed within myself on all three levels. It became an active meditation and as my passion grew, so did my urge to learn more.
I began with finding the origins of Yoga and quickly learned that it is more than just a physical practice and series of poses. It is a way of life. I deeply resonated with this ancient tradition and philosophy. As Yoga expands more in the US, I feel a great calling to help maintain the ancient tradition, as well as assist others in finding their own healing. This is where my passion for holistic wellness comes in. I believe that healing can be accomplished on many different levels including; physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, karmic, personal and family Akash as well as cultural for the collective of humanity. I am also in training to become a Level III Reiki Master. For those who are unfamiliar with Reiki, it is a form of energetic healing that can have a positive and life changing effect on ones mental and emotional well-being. Some have described it as an energetic massage or auric cleansing. It is not invasive and can be completed without any physical touch, if needed, for the comfort of each individual client. I am here with compassion and understanding to go as deep as you are willing.

When you begin your practice you become aware of your physical body first. As you challenge yourself physically and stretch out muscle fibers and tension that have not been attended to, emotions like stress or anxiety may arise. Then as you continue to bring awareness to your emotions, you begin to strengthen your mentality by focusing on your breath and allowing the emotions to come and go without reacting to them. Then as you become more mentally aware and learn to automatically let the emotions pass, you begin to feel a deep sense of connection between mind body and soul.
Yoga can be done in everyday life. As you move through life, you realize you go through these same phases if you allow yourself to. Practicing Yoga on a regular basis will empower you with the necessary tools to move through life with Grace.
